| WEEKLY RATE APRIL 28 - DECEMBER 23, 2011 US $ 700.00 DECEMBER 24 - APRIL 13, 2012 US $1450.00 SATURDAY TO SATURDAY CHECK-IN PREFERRED **2 WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL PREFERRED** RATES BASED ON 2 WEEK RENTAL DISCOUNT FOR MONTHLY RENTALS $300 security deposit is required at time of booking to hold weekly accommodations, $500 per month for monthly rentals.....cashiers checks, money orders, personal checks are accepted for payment, and MasterCard, Visa, and Discover are accepted thru PayPal. This deposit is returned after keys have been returned to us and the condo has been inventoried and inspected for damage. Written notice of cancellation must be received sixty (60) days prior to scheduled arrival date. Termination of this contract will allow the lessor to keep $100 booking fee. If booking is cancelled less than sixty (60) days of scheduled arrival date, deposit is forfeited. Full payment of rental including Florida sales tax is due thirty (30) days prior to occupancy . No refunds 30 days or less. If booking is made less than thirty (30) days in advance, full weekly rental payment and security deposit are due upon booking. Payment must by made by money order or cashiers check. Florida Lodging Tax 11% Balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. No rentals to single persons under 25 per condo rules. No trucks, RV's or trailers and/or boats or motorcycles allowed parked on the lot. rates subject to change without notice |
